A holdover reticle answers quickly a dialed turret answers exactly and most seasons ask for both. The Thrive X 3-12x44mm gives you a glass-etched PHR 3 built down from the PHR 2 structure over an Adjustable BDC Turret carrying five lockable markers.
The markers are set at the range rather than at the factory so every number on the dial came off your own rifle and load. The full 0.25 MOA scale stays readable beneath them and the turrets run capped or uncapped as you prefer.
